Over the years I have guided hundreds of people on numerous topics relating to the retail & entertainment industry, technology principles & understanding, business concepts & so much more. During my working life I have written multiple training manuals & documents, all with the purpose of helping others to learn more, to aid them in their growth & development.
Many of the people I have had the pleasure of working with have been from the older generation. A generation who have seen so many changes through their lives, that little shocks them now days. Until, that is, you start to introduce completely new concepts. Concepts which the younger generations pick up so quickly, but really confuse us older folk.
Yes I am one of the older generation who, at times, gets confused like so many of my generation.
